The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Kapalua

The Ritz-Carlton Spa Maui, Kapalua and its soothing ambiance evoke the healing waters of Waihua, which the ancient Hawaiians believed was the most pure form of water that was captured by the leaves of the taro plant. 

The 17,500-sq.-ft. spa features 15 treatment rooms, with half opening to private outdoor shower gardens. All rooms have iPod docking stations with pre-programmed music selections and robe warmers. The spa also features two outdoor couples’ hale (cabanas), men’s and women’s relaxation areas with the depiction of lava stone grotto areas, steam rooms, saunas and whirlpools, and the only coed indoor/outdoor relaxation area in Hawaii with a whirlpool overlooking a taro garden. 

The Hawaiian host culture is a focal point for the spa, as the ladies and gentlemen of the spa have undergone training in the Hawaiian language, to share with our guests. The Ritz-Carlton Spa Maui, Kapalua offers a range of Hawaiian based spa treatments, including authentic Lomilomi massage and Hawaiian healing treatments based on relaxation and rejuvenation.

On the day of your scheduled treatment you will receive complimentary access to enjoy our Spa facilities for the duration of the day.
