Join us as we congratulate Robert Barrera on his promotion as Chef de Cuisine of The Pineapple Grill. Robert was most recently PM Sous Chef at The Plantation House working under the guidance of Chef Jojo.
He has been very instrumental with creating new menu items, monthly tasting menus, wine dinner menus and more. We are excited to see Chef Robert encourage, train and develop our Heart of the House TEAM. He is hard-working, dedicated and committed in making Pineapple Grill one of Maui’s BEST restaurants.
