Kapalua Spa offers one of the most state-of-the-art fitness facilities in all of Hawaii. We have an extensive line of Technogym cardio and weight equipment, as well as the cutting-edge Kinesis system.
Whether you are interested in working out on your own or with a group, Kapalua Spa offers a wide variety of ways for you to get you heart rate pumping. Enjoy use of the gym on your own, seek the assistance of one of our professional personal trainers, or participate in one of our many classes offered.
Fitness Classes Offered
- - Flow Yoga: A combination of standing and floor poses building strength and flexibility while moving with the breath.
- - Kinesis: (Complimentary Class) 30 min equals 1.5 hours of regular fitness. Upper body, lower body, core & cardio.
- - Pilates: Focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and provide support for the spine.
- - Yogalates: A combination of Yoga and Pilates.
- - Legs, Bums, & Tums: A workout composed of exercises to build strength and flexibility for the core and lower body muscles.
- - Stretch & Release: Therapeutic techniques that provide a style of mind/body training that rapidly ends pain, improves freedom of movement, and enhances quality of life.
- - Full Body Circuit: A variety of stations designed to provide a full body workout, combing both aerobic and resistance training.
- - Tone & Trim: (Athletic Shoes Required) Functional exercises to build strength and balance using hand weights, balls and resistant bands.
- - Mind & Body: Learn breathing exercises, visualization, and self hypnosis to relax the body and mind.
- - Heart Hula: Focuses on slowly bringing up your heart rate up, while doing various dance steps of Hawaiian Hula.
- - Boot Camp: Structure, motivation, and results driven workout to boost fitness levels.
- - Zumba: An aerobic/fitness interval training with the combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt your entire body.
- - Zumba/Core: Half zumba dance and the other half core strengthening moves focusing on balance and toning of abs, glutes, and back.
Fitness Center Hours: 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Athletic Shoes Required)
Age Requirement: We welcome guests 16 years of age or older to enjoy all of our spa services.
