Member Privileges to The Spa at Kapalua
Gold Members can enjoy this approximately 30,000 square foot facility with a lap pool, state of the art fitness center and a 2,000 square foot movement studio. Men’s and Ladies locker rooms with steam showers and saunas, hot tubs and ice showers and over 19 treatment rooms,both indoors and outdoors are available. There is also an excellent juice bar and a Spa retail shop. Members will receive special pricing of 10% off Spa treatments.
Beginning October 1, 2009 Class fees will be waived for Gold Members.
Member Privileges to The Beach Club
Gold Members have access to The Beach Club, an approximately 6,000 square foot oceanfront private facility exclusively for Members and owners of homes in The Residences at Kapalua Bay. It features an infinity edge pool and a large hot tub in addition to men’s and women’s locker rooms. A complete bar will provide Members with outstanding beverage service and a limited lite food menu. Towel and chaise lounge service, plus complimentary use of two sets of snorkel gear will be included. (Snorkel Gear will be provided by Kapalua Dive Company)
Extended Family Privileges
Gold Member’s extended family may access the Spa and Beach Club on a special guest unaccompanied basis. The Spa daily access fee for extended family members is $20 per person per day. There is no extended family guest fee to access the Beach Club. Gold Members must inform The Club office 2 weeks in advance of an extended family member usage. The Club may limit the number and frequency of usage of extended family guests.
Member Privileges to The Bay and The Plantation Golf Courses
Gold Members will be able to play The Bay Course and The Plantation Golf Course at special Member green fees. A Member will enjoy 50 day advance tee times on The Bay Course and The Plantation Course. A Member may bring up to three guests to play golf on both the Bay Course and The Plantation Course for a special Gold Member Guest green fee rate.
Member Privileges to the Kapalua Adventure Center
Members will board a special shuttle to transport them up to the Mountain Outpost. From here the Member will be able to go on hiking trails, mountain biking trails, multi zipline rainforest canopy rides. There are plans to eventually have over 100 miles of trails throughout Kapalua Nui. While these trails will be open to the public, Gold Members will receive special Member pricing of 15% off on Mountain activities and invitations to events such as Member only hikes and special education lectures.
Shopping, Dining, Pool and Tennis Privileges
You will enjoy special pricing of 15% off on shopping at numerous Kapalua retail locations. There will be special pricing of 10% off food at most Resort restaurants. Members will have complimentary court privileges at The Tennis Garden. Members will also have daily use of The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua pool subject to availability as stated in the Membership Plan, under Article 7.3.
And, of course, while on island, there will be a number of Kapalua Club Member events to participate in such as golf tournaments, sunset sails, wine tastings and nature hikes. Additionally, Members will receive special ticket pricing to Signature Kapalua Resort events such as the SBS Championships and the Kapalua Wine and Food Festival.
The Kapalua Club Gold Membership is going to be a great way to enjoy many of the new Kapalua amenities.
