Shipping Policy
Products are shipped from our warehouse on Maui to arrive within 7-10 business days from receipt of your order. As an additional service, we can expedite delivery through priority shipping listed as an option when you check out through your shopping cart.
As some of our vendors do not allow shipments to go outside of the United States, we follow their request and have those specific items identified on our website.

Returns Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your Kapalua Resort Store purchase, you can return the item for an exchange or full refund within 30 days. To expedite your return, please follow the instructions below:
- Please print and complete the return form.
- Place the item and the return form in the original box along with packing materials.
- Include your packing slip inside the box.
- For your convenience, please use the return label found in the box from your order and be sure to cover the original shipping address for accurately delivery.
- Insure your return and save your receipt until you receive your refund or exchanged product. We regret that we can not issue a refund for items that are damaged or lost in shipping.
