From snorkeling at Hulopoe Bay Marine Sanctuary, (voted the #1 beach in America*) swimming, sunbathing, or playing beach volleyball, to discovering the secluded island of Lanai with a local island guide, this all day island adventure is both entertaining and educational. And then there is the foodTrilogy's island style lunch at the Hale O Manele Pavilion overlooking Manele Bay is in a class by itself. Trilogy uses Hawaiian Kiawe wood (Mesquite) and a 5th generation local recipe to produce what many say is the best BBQ in Hawaii. The return sail to Maui can be restful and relaxing or wet & wild, but it is always safe and lots of fun.
