Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons in a 3-bedroom home, 8 persons in a 4-bedroom estate, 10 persons in a 5-bedroom estate and 12 persons in a 6-bedroom estate. There is a minimum rental of 7 days and a maximum of one rental per home per month. Monthly discounts are available. Rates subject to Hawaii taxes. Call for detailed information on individual homes. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Payments
A two night deposit is due upon booking, and a security deposit is due 15 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable
and will be returned within 7 days of departure based on final inspection of home.
Cancellation
Reservations cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Please call for Christmas cancellation policies.
